Maddox (Book 2 in the series) has been given quite the makeover in formatting, in writing for clarity and a better read, and with a major new cover…but it’s still Maddox.
Maddox was the first book that I had hired someone to create the cover for. I was very happy with the end result because the image fit the character. However, it didn’t match Dakota’s cover style and format nor did it match OTIS’s cover which I’d already planned out. If you’re following me on social media, then you’ll know that I worked on giving Dakota an interior updating since I’m preparing to release OTIS. Once I reached Maddox’s story, I knew I had to do something about the cover…so here we are!
For those readers who are asking or have asked why Maddox got a book since he wasn’t a Knight…well, it’s because Minx’s thicker-than-blood brother deserved one. If you’re familiar with my work, then you know that I always leave crumbs within one story to be picked up in another.
How do you like the knew cover? Did you notice that Maddox’s covers never had the Knights of Havoc’s patch?
I’ve lived a very long time alongside the love of my existence, Hades.
He was a prince by blood. A warrior by nature. He loved me with a depth I didn’t know could exist, and I loved him just as fiercely in return. We existed in harmony, clinging to a single dream. Just one. A dream that was meant to complete our eternity.
We were promised the reality of that dream but it was a lie. A lie crafted by the one we trusted most.
Our world shattered.
In the broken pieces, Hades found peace.
But I found something else…

Things are rarely what they seem, especially in the world of Otis Woodrow, Iowa Patched Member of the Knights of Havoc. He loves his bike, his tools, and his patch brothers. But there's one thing that can unravel him faster than a busted chain—a damsel in distress.
And that just might be his undoing, especially when the damsel isn’t his wife.
